Are there multi-point latches on all newer wide cab doors?

I have seen the nose doors open while the locomotives are in motion. Is there any law against it or notes to crews about these kinds of incedents that have been fatal? I have noticed open doors mainly in the spring and fall months. I guess that the crews like the breeze instead of the air conditioning, as some people can find it "stuffy".
