Mt hood Talgo set

When I went through Eugene about 12:30 the Mt Hood Talgo set was on the SW yard lead. There where some guys on the ground near the head end. When I came back at 14:30 I got a closer look, the loco was running but know-one was around. Anyone know what is going on.
