Train Order hoop

I am the proud owner of a now broken Train Order Hoop - and the other driver's Auto Insurance adjuster said that they'd pay me for it. However, my wife bought it for me a number of years ago, and I haven't much of a clue as to what it's worth, or what she paid for it. I've tried Google, and although I can find a number of references to the hoop, I can't come up with a price. I'd appreciate the help any of you can give.
