Yup.

Although Mr. Speaker didn't indicate it, the "state street line" he refers to is the ex-Pacific Electric, ex-Southern Pacific, now SCRRA (Metrolink) line that runs between the east side of downtown Los Angeles and El Monte. A portion of it's in the median of the I-10 freeway.
