Based on early news reports:

Seven cars with engine pushing on multi track main. Looks like train tried to go straight on a curve and made it quite a ways before train jack knifed and stopped. News reporting engineer claims brakes did not work.

Idiots at CNN saying passenger trains should have seatbelts.

Sadly - four dead and many seriously injured.
