Sumpter Valley #19 and Xmas trains

Sumpter Valley #19 made a test run late yesterday afternoon after its FRA boiler recertification, its first run under its own power in several years.

Sumpter Valley will be operating Xmas trains the next two weekends, #19 should be the power. See SVRR schedule

Anyone interested in attending this weekend - be warned! Highs are forecast to be well below freezing, and lows around zero - but train will have three enclosed and heated cars with one open air car.
