When the old WC did theirs they avoided the bigger cities because it just overwhelmed Santa and the elves in the back. Wausau was even ruled to big. One town Rhinelander population of about 7500 put almost 600 kids and adults into visit Santa. Nobody was turned away and it was a long day but it was really fun for all.
