Something is for sure going on on the BNSF this year in the Northwest, as my railroad and its customers are having a tough go of it for the last month or more getting the cars they have ordered in from the BNSF. And these are centerbeams and boxcars, not grain cars, that are routinely not showing up when they are supposed to. Inbound interchanges that are routinely 100 cars or more on certain days are showing up with 30 or 40. Those cars are sitting in a train or a yard somewhere, and not moving in a timely fashion.
