Great opportunity.

Now, some folks seem to get all worked up over this. They may sometimes find themselves trespassing on RR property, and be asked to leave, or maybe don't seem to be able to follow the direction of law enforcement when they're asked to leave, or can't seem to deal with it without a confrontation, and see it as some kind of sinister plot to stop railroad photography.

As, I've said before, I've never been hassled once by any law enforcement agency, in taking a few thousand of railroad and transit photos, in a safe and careful manner, from all sorts of publicly accessible spaces, or with appropriate permission, when accessing private property.

Maybe, behaving in a responsible or sensible manner is the key?
