The return from Monterey

Now that we seem to have determined the 2475 did go to Monterey, I'm curious as to when it returned to San Jose for the New Years Day trip to Tracy (which I rode). A post on trainorders.com seems to imply it returned the next morning, as opposed say to return shortly after midnight. Looks like those Central Coast folks squeezed a lot of mileage out of their two days with the engine.

The trip to Tracy was my first railfan trip behind steam. Here are a couple of pix taken with my borrowed camera enroute Tracy.
