The car you are asking about was a 16-section Pullman car which for several years had been used as a tourist infromation center on First Street in Eureka. In 2000, the City wanted the property where the car sat and the railfan community got the City to donate the car (I am not sure to whom). The NWPY restored CCT #70 to FRA service long enough to move the car from its former location to Simpson for storage.
