I vote for the 160 acre PL "ranchettes" surrounded by public open space with large remaining redwoods for effect. These folks can ride the tourist train for a greasy, calorie rich meal at Samoa Cookhouse after Arnold coughs up the 19 million before he cuts the 14 billion.
