You are still talking a sizeable chunk of change, a lot of effort, and a long, long voyage. I don't think something of that size could be unloaded these days on Humboldt Bay. It would most likely be transfered somewhere at least once, delayed, stored. Bet costs would skyrocket on that. Putting it on a flatcar and dragging it across the country is probably the cheapest way. But then it has to be loaded on a barge or truck to get it to Humboldt County?
