Uh....I seem to have missed the point as to how this was railroad-related. If it was the brief mention of an alleged proposal of a rail line accross his land, that's probably streching its relevance a bit.
By the way, the article menitons Mr. Mars mantains a PERMANENT residence in.....Wyoming!
