DRGW "Stolen" Narrow Gauge Locomotive

What was the final outcome of that DRGW narrow gauge locomotive, which was discovered in a retired engineer's barn by his family after he passed-on? Did it end-up in a museum or did Cumbres and Toltec become the new owner? I kind of lost track of that story. That took some guts to pull-off that little stunt and he sure kept it under wraps for all those years!
