I am still curious why the UP donated to the museum the newest electric converted rotary (SPMW 208) and one of the oldest power units (SPMW 221) from the SP fleet.
The last assignment I remember the 208 having was the back up straight wing (most effective machine for plowing avalanches) at Roseville. the other 4 were the Wide wings (221, 211 207, 209) This was in 1988.
