Weather forcasters interviewed on Northwest Cable News this PM are worried about possible flooding if approaching storm fronts come in warmer than expected as the Washington Cascade snowpack is more than double normal for this time of year. Forcasters fear rainfall on the "massive snowpack" could cause record flooding in western Washington. Rail flooding so far this winter may only be the tip of the iceberg.
