As of now, it's scheduled for September 2008 (I don't know exactly which day).

We should be seeing the first of the new WES DMUs coming into town later this month, although this could also slip, based on when the maintenance shop is ready. I haven't been down to Wilsonville lately, so I don't know how far the construction has progressed.
