According to SMART, they own the row from the Wye to
Lombard. It doesn't mention the bridge, but I assume
the bridge is included.

However, SMART has no money for construction/repairs.
When Marin Audubon's levy was busted in the '05/'06 storms
it was the NCRA that coughed up the $ for the repairs.

Marin Audubon's levy is yards from the Redwood Sanitary
Landfill, north of Novato.
