Washington may soon regulate itself to death. Coal is dead in Washington, I just got off the phone with a lawmaker that confirms that. BTU tax has a 50-50 chance, gas tax will probably go up but unknown how much. In Oregon there are 4 hydroelectric dams that will come out this summer if the state can find the money. Better buy a flashlight.
