Visitors without vehicles

Not everyone owns a vehicle.

Since it will certainly be a while before this train is running, it may very well connect to rail going elsewhere at the Pajaro/Watsonville Junction end of things by then.

Who knows. I certainly don't, but it would be nice for us vehicle non-owners.
