Clarnie Siding

Union Pacific is nearing completion on the new passing siding along the former Graham Line in NE Portland.

The new siding is designated "Clarnie" after a former station in the area. It's about 11,000 feet (I was able to get an approximate measurement because the ROW is right alongside Interstate 84 and I used the odometer on my car). The west siding switch is just west of the overpass above 122nd Avenue; the east siding switch is just west of the overpass above 162nd Avenue.
