screamed the engineer of a train.
"A woman on the tracks. The conductor has gone back to check." - train to disp
"The woman is OK, she is off the tracks, waiting for the police. The conductor is walking back" - train to disp
As best I can tell from the radio, an ambulance was dispatched for a "woman who has fallen.".
Turns out a woman had apparently fallen between tracks 1 and 2; apparently unhurt. She ended up in a nearby parking lot. Ambulance returned to station "with a refusal".
I understand that trains need to run, but... shouldn't the conductor have waited for the police/ambulance just to ensure that everything was ok?
