Whats going on at Devore, CA?

Saw a photo posted to alt.binaries.pictures.rail taken on March 29th which was a long shot from the east towards Devore (Dike) crossing with Glen Helen Parkway. Looks as if there is a new super-elevated overpass being built there.

Can anyone down in the area confirm what it is going to be used for?

Is my childhood railroad crossing views from "5 Tracks" going to be changed to the point where one cant look west up Cajon? If you were wondering, when I was growing up there were indeed 5 tracks that crossed Glen Hellen Parkway. :)
