When I visited the commercial maritime port on the far southwest pacific side near the Guatemala border, the port agent feared the effect of restarting the former GWR operated rail line due the illegals wanting to ride the trains north. He also stated the citizens to the south perform jobs his fellow citizens do not want to perform.
