I’m not a business man, but it seems to me a shame to just give up on Wilson without even trying to find other shippers. An idea earlier had been floated around to turn Wilson into a reload for shippers in Moscow, Genesee and Troy (Moscow Crites, the cedar mill, grain shippers in Genesee). Seems like it would be better to have three shippers there instead of one or none.
Also a shame to hear about the loss of Wilson given the planed rebuilding of signals and crossings in Pullman this summer, kind of a waste of money there if its not going to be used.
