Vladimir Yakunin is chief of Russian Railways, and is one of the oligarchs facing sanctions, yet also saw this story on resumption of scheduled train service between Russia and Ukraine effective with June 1 timetable. As regards the sling, this may be Yakunin's biggest worry.
