Don't trivialize this achievement. A company with limited resources deals with issues such as training, certification (entire new workforce including local managers), maintenance (changing out a combo on the F unit) dealing with a community with less than steller business attitudes, a public accustomed to trespassing and attracts a new business and increases existing business.
