Thanks, despite what it says on the photo I was able to get pretty close on the date thanks to some other images that were taken at about the same date. I was 14 at this time. This was likely in the Spring of 1970. The ALCos were running not stored in the photo and were likely their way to the BN, who leased them that Spring.
