Yeah, the red color scheme plus several fine details are the animé theme.

However, when I verified my statement about the samurai helmet/mask with the resident expert of samurais and the Edo period, I got badly laughed at. So, my understanding is therefore wrong; nevertheless, it is a design statement. And it is definitely a distinct design that you will remember.
