Prineville's "new" SW1500

City of Prineville's rebuilt SW1500 (COP 1551 - xSP from Relco) is in Pasco, WA. Scheduled out tomorrow afternoon (maybe) and may go all the way to K Falls before being delivered at Prineville Jct. outside Redmond.
