Margaret, what private bank do you know of that prints its own money? and while I agree that the HSR is a disaster, what huge developers are you talking about that are going to profit from developing "what" in an area with no water where crops can no longer be grown?get real----
and how many times do you plan to be riding this HSR from Fresno to Bakersfield? :-)and for what purpose?? leisure vacation? business? visiting family? the biggest users will be the inmates and families of the prisoners in the several prisons between Bako and Fresno----just like it is now on the San Joaquins.
