Look at the video. The exit signs are not edited out, you just can't read the backside.

Also notice the low height signs of 10'-6". Standard height for all but interstates is 14'.

Apparently the driver can't read or wasn't paying attention. Should have noted the overpass with the arch (used to be quite common).
