Please keep publishing photos of the Southern Pacific Alco S-6 locomotives. I loved running them. They had a unique throttle - at least on the SP. The throttles were surplus Interurban or subway throttles. Like their Alco big brothers, they produced a lot of smoke when kicking cars. Often times the stack produced much fire which really showed up after dark.
