Last I heard, (early April) there was no one interested. The Port would not guarantee a minimum carload. Columbia Basin also discouraged possible operators. I assume that in time, Columbia Basin will operate over the track, but the Port will have to eat crow first. For whatever reason there has always been an adversarial relationship between the Port and Columbia Basin.
