Thank you, BN Oly, for asking. I'd hoped that Dick Samuels or some other person with first-hand experience would answer. Since that seems to not have happened, here's what I found at [cs.trains.com]:

The Knuckle weighs about 80 Lbs

The EOT weighs about 40 lbs depending on the type

Depending on the size and type of coupler ,Couplers weigh Roughly 400 lbs to 700 lbs
