Interesting optical illusion.

I'd expected to see the ocean on the right side of the train going from Santa Cruz to Watsonville. But, with the locomotive headed toward me into the sunset, the ocean was on the left side of the train. How could this be? Then I read the caption and learned that this locomotive was on the rear of the train.
