When they took down the ATSF bridge over the 210 in Arcadia, it was said to be part of the conspiracy to prevent rail from using the 2nd District?????

When they took down the high bridge over the Arroyo Seco, it wasn't ever going to ever come back, because of the same secret train hating conspiracy?????

Both are back, and track is being laid all along the old 2nd District to extend the GL.

Now, it's a conspiracy about this one?

Politics is frustrating, as it so often involves the self serving, the greedy, the stupid, the vain, and those who like to manipulate the simple minded, with fear and greed, for their own ends. But, since this type of "hypothetical" factoid, or outright disinformation, is so typical of so much of the nonsense you see and hear today, it's important not to read more into these fantasies and conspiracy theories, than makes sense.
