There is no reason to remove El Segundo BNSF bridge that I know of and service to the refinery will continue?

The Crenshaw line will connect to the Green line at Imperial, and Crenshaw service will operate through trains from the end of the current Green Line terminus at the existing Redondo Beach Station to the Expo connection, allowing for South Bay/LAX connections to USC and Downtown. There should be no major construction beyond the existing connection at Aviation and Imperial.
