Eastern Washington Shortlines, running or snowed in.

Been reading about all the snow and wind in eastern Washington, seem to recall last time it got as bad as it seems to be now the BN ran a rotary down the P&L and CW lines. Are these lines running or are they snowed in? Do they have any means to plow? How about Kettle Falls INternational?
