Those things seem to be too long to be the new Amtrak electrics. Might they be articulated light rail cars? Only the first Amtrak electric was wrapped, and it was unwrapped the day after it arrived in the Oakland yard. The wrap interfered with access to the interior (parking brake, etc.) and was determined to be unnecessary. At least fifteen of these units have now passed through the Oakland yard, before heading east on #6.
