At the beginning of the month, BNSF ran a large officer special O-TOPINB through Montana, and picked up the MRL 4408 and the MRL business passenger fleet.
On Friday, the joint BNSF/MRL O-train headed to Vancouver, BC, with at least the MRL consist returning that evening.
Saturday, July 5th, the O-INBMIS departed and travelled over Stampede Pass and through eastern WA, where I was able to catch it.
Running through Badger Canyon in the harsh evening sun. (There was a large brush fire through here Sunday afternoon)
After running fairly slow, they picked up their pace and beat me through Kennewick, where I only had time to grab a shot while crossing the Columbia River
After a ten minute crew change at Husky, the MRL special with Dennis Washington, departed Pasco
I was later informed the train arrived Missoula safely at 730am Sunday.
Enjoy,
