Most of this is the same old same old. But the locomotive camera, installed to reduce RR liability, is being used to bolster the plaintiff's claim in this case. An interesting legal twist.

Too bad for the kid and family regardless of the amount of "go away" money is awarded. I'm amazed I survived chilhood (and a good part of early adulthood).
