Unit at Hanford Grain Company LLC?

While checking out the BNSF Kings Park facility in Hanford, I noticed that the Hanford Grain Company, on the south side of Idaho Ave east of the BNSF, appears to have a unit that looks like a GP38 in the original red and gray Railtex/CORP scheme, which makes me wonder if it might be there from the SJVR. Does anyone know more about this unit? It doesn't seem to be easily accessible from public property.
