Traffic Backups....

Dunno what the problem is... but, where I live, bottlenecks toward the east I assume.
As I type this, a yard in Wisc is clogged and not accepting trains.
On a major railroad's east bound line, trains are being tied down until relief crews can be found. Makes for interesting radio traffic.
