The rumor mill has failed you when it comes to the details.

There is a DRGW narrow gauge K-37 back in steam, but it is the #491 at the Colorado Railroad Museum at Golden. They got a STATE boiler certificate, so the #491 can't operate on an FRA railroad like CATS or DSNG unless it is completely rebuilt to meet FRA 1472 standards which would take several years and many more $$$$$$$$$. F&CC/RGS 20 is being rebuilt for CRM at Strausburg for several years now, and that might be FRA qualified when it is done.
