Near the end of the video, a cute young lady is interviewing a real estate developer who was ready to start river-side project in Vancouver close to what will be a rail oil terminal. He said that he was going delay the start after the Canada oil train disaster.

Then then he said something about the oil people just wanting to make money[?!].
