THAT Truckee Limited! I discovered some old slides (in amazingly good condition overall) about 2 weeks ago from one I was on some years before - powered by a SDP45 and SP's very first U33C. Very snowy that year so lots of pictures of ... white. The Limited here must have been the last one.

Wonder what it would take to resurrect the Limited some year? Maybe as the last run for the year of the Reno Fun Train (if even that is still around)?

Need to find a decent film scanner so I can start getting some of that old stuff in archivable form.
