Green Goat locomotives were built by Railpower Technologies. They built the "Green Goat" line of hybrid switchers and started to manufacture Genset switchers once the market started shifting away from hybrids. They original owners were unable to successfully make the transition and the company fell into bankrupty. RJ Corman purchased the assets (but not liabilities) of Railpower and now make only genset switchers. I believe they still make the RP series genset locomotives today.
