If you have software that can run them, there are several Photoshop plugins that are designed to emulate various color and black/white films in one click. Most have a demo mode that allow you to try them out free. I played with one of them (for color film emulation) in both Canvas and Irfanview, but didn't think I would have enough of that kind of work to justify buying it.
